About Anzen Housing
安全 (Anzen) means "safety" in Japanese. It's not just our name — it's the principle behind every structure we build.
Our Mission
Anzen Housing exists to provide safe, durable shelter to people who need it — whether that's a family displaced by a hurricane, a community addressing homelessness, or a homeowner adding functional space to their property.
We believe that shelter is a fundamental human need, and that the quality of that shelter directly impacts the safety, dignity, and well-being of the people inside it. That's why we engineer every structure to the highest standards, regardless of whether it's a 80-square-foot utility shed or a 900-square-foot ADU.
Our name reflects our commitment. "Anzen" (安全) is the Japanese word for safety — encompassing both physical security and peace of mind. When you're inside an Anzen structure, you're protected.
Safety First
Every design decision starts with the question: "Does this make the occupant safer?" If it doesn't, we find a better way.
Speed When It Matters
In emergencies, time is shelter. Our manufacturing processes are optimized for rapid response without sacrificing quality.
Built to Last
We don't build disposable structures. Every unit is engineered for decades of service, reducing waste and long-term cost.
Our Approach
We combine manufacturing efficiency with uncompromising quality standards.
Engineering-Led Design
Every product starts with structural engineering. We design for the worst-case scenario — hurricane winds, heavy snow loads, extreme temperatures — so our structures perform reliably in any condition.
Controlled Manufacturing
Building in a controlled factory environment eliminates weather delays, ensures consistent quality, and allows us to maintain the rapid production schedules that emergency response demands.
Scalable Production
Whether you need one backyard shed or 500 emergency shelters, our manufacturing process scales efficiently. We maintain reserve capacity specifically for emergency response operations.
End-to-End Service
From initial consultation through delivery and installation, we manage the entire process. Our customers get a single point of contact and a turnkey result.
